Subj: Protest, Demonstration at Charter Hospital Kissimmee Fl

Permit has been issued and Demonstration will begin. July 14th 1997

Note: Previous release stating that resolution was being achieved turned out to be a ploy to have me stop my protest.....Now I will not stop until resolution or tried in court.

Please be advised that I intend to stage a demonstration against Charter Hospital Kissimmee Florida such hospital located at 206 Park Place Dr Kissimmee Florida. Proper Permit's from the City of Kissimmee have been obtained or applied for Protest time and date:

Starts Again Monday: July 14th 1997.... final approval of permit has been issued.

From 8Am to 7Pm with various break's in between .

after that daily from 8Am to 7Pm. ( there will be breaks in between this time's) for accurate times or interviews you may use Beeper # 870-7090 but best to arrange via home phone Fax or E-mail..

My protest is related as to the alleged fraud charges regarding Medicaid and Medicare also pertaining to the lack of patient confidentiality at this Hospital.

This protest is also intended to acquire some assistance from the state Government since no one has come forward yet in order to investigate this matter's of concern.

I'm a Registered Nurse and not a psychiatric patient. My complaint's are true and documented so you will be dealing with a professional person not some mentally confused person I volunteer this in case there is any misunderstanding as to my actions and person.

It is requested that my home phone is kept confidential but you may use the same for official matters.

I thank you in advance for any and all coverage in your News format. Especially since All three major Television Network's have been drooped from the lawsuit by the Hospital.
