Ma'am I'm sorry to disturb you however I believe that you are the only one that may shed some light as to my present concern regarding the above mentioned case.

I'm very disturbed as to the fact that I was informed that The Nursing Board had already convened and decided it's final order regarding my case ( #'s Above ). It is possible that this might not have occurred however I was informed differently. This is of great importance to me since I had every intention of being present as my Attorney and I understood it at the time Mr. Charles Tiffany Esq.

 I have enclosed a copy of his letter to the Board dated Jan 7^th 1998 of such inquiries and at no time were we aware that this right of presence was denied due to lack of notification. This is a serious development and does require acknowledgement.

 Ma'am please note that also attached is a copy of my letter notifying the Board of the withdrawal of Mr. Charley Tiffany as counsel for my case and the request that I be acknowledged as a " Pro Se " litigant.

 I do hope that you may be able to shed some light as to the present status of the case and verification of the mentioned information. If this letter has reached you in error please forgive me and be so kind as to direct me to the appropriate person to inquire with. I also would like to have verification of the receipt of this letter and the persons or Fax numbers to submit my correspondence such as filing etc.
