If you look very
closely at the pleading you will see that this Judge did not even bother to
address my requests for relief and that I had to put in motions in order to
direct his attention to this fact, I guess he did not like me pointing it out
either for even then he denied my certificate of appeals on that simple
principle alone.! So was I right in putting in my motion for “disclosure and
recusal earlier on ?
